Responsibilities:
- Responsible to plan, co-ordinate and review all repairing, maintenance and upgrading works/projects of building services systems for the property
- Attending emergency calls after normal working hours are necessary
Requirements:
- Holder of Higher Diploma/Certificate in E&M Engineering/Building Services (E&M) or related discipline (less qualification but with more experience will also be considered)
- Holder of registered electrical worker license with class B0 or above and should have minimum 2 years' relevant experience
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required
- Experience in the field of property management will be a definite advantage
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Officer
- Five-days work, shift duty
License / Certificate:
- Holder of registered electrical worker license with class B0 or above
- Holder of Higher Diploma/Certificate in E&M Engineering/Building Services (E&M) or related discipline
Salary Package:
Basic Salary: Monthly $28,000 - 32,000

- Kowloon Bay (Commercial Building)
