Your Role: Drive Customer Experience & Business Expansion 

As a pioneer in our Hong Kong venture, you'll be the voice and ambassador of The Gym Pod. Your interaction with customers will not
only solve their queries but also build lasting relationships. On the business development front, your role is pivotal in identifying new locations, networking with suppliers, government agencies, and customers to spearhead our growth.

• Customer Engagement: Address queries through various platforms like social media, support emails, and WhatsApp Business chat. 
• Emergency Handling: Manage SOS situations with promptness and efficiency. 
• Reporting: Deliver insightful weekly reports on sales, customer interactions and feedback. 
• Versatile Responsibilities: Take on diverse administrative tasks to support our pioneering efforts in Hong Kong.
