Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment processes included but not limited to posting job ads, screening CVs, arranging and conducting interviews, preparing hiring proposal, making offer, etc.
2. Coordinate various recruitment activities like job fair, career talk and recruitment day
3. Research job market trend and explore various recruitment channels
4. Update and maintain recruitment database to facilitate recruitment analysis
5. Compile and prepare various HR reports and statistics for management review
6. Perform other HR duties and responsibilities as assigned
7. Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior HR Officer
Job Requirements:
1. Higher Diploma or Associate Degree Holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
2. A minimum of 6 years’ experience in Human Resources functions, experience in F&B or retail industry is preferred
3. Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghu
4. Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related ordinances in Hong Kong
5. Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
6. Solid experience in a process-oriented role with an ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneous
7. Self-motivated, work independent, responsible, well organized and detail-minded
8. Strong in interpersonal and communication skills
9. Able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule
10. Immediate availability will be an advantage
