Senior Human Resources Officer / Human Resources Officer

 Key Responsibilities： 

1. Handle payroll functions and performance management, including monthly payroll, MPF contribution, final payments, HR costing report and salaries tax administration  

2. Manage attendance record and leave record 

3. Support the development and enhancement of HRIS System 

4. Assist to handle the work injury cases 

5. Conduct and prepare analysis reports 

6. Assist to update, review and implement HR policies and procedures 

7. Perform any other ad hoc projects / duties as assigned 

  

Job Requirements：  

1. Higher Diploma or Associate Degree Holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines  
2. Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English 
3. Good computer knowledge of MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing 
4. Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, well-organized with can-do attitude 
5. Able to perform outdoor duties as assigned 
6. Immediate availability will be an advantage 
7. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
