(一) 職責﹕
1. 負責支援一手盤工作，並符合相關法例
Supporting Front-Lines Sales Team by Compliance with the law and related regulations
2. 負責制作全港一手消耗表、攻略圖、對數表
Conducting First-Hand Residential Properties Price List, Strategy Sales Materials
(二) 職位要求﹕
1.中五或以上程度
Form 5 or above
2. 熟識電腦應用
Familiar with computer kownledge
3. 良好中文書寫能力、操廣東話及良好溝通技巧
Good interpersonal, communication skill and good command of written and spoken Chinese
4. 主動、自發性高、工作態度認真、具責任感
Independent, initiative, mature, responsibility, self-motivated and result-oriented
