Duties:
- Liaise with client to understand business needs and problems encountered, provide advice and propose feasible digital solution
- Responsible for end-to-end project management including design, cost control, timeline and delivery
- Handle the software development and testing, systems upgrade and other IT services
- Organize regular meetings, monitor and report project progress
- Identify and communicate technical issues, processes and provide solutions.
- Keep up-to-date on the latest software and technologies
Requirements
- Diploma or above in computer or IT or management
- 5+ years of relevant working experience in IT project lifecycle planning, development and implementation
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in developing online ordering, CRM and ERP system will bean advantage
- Proficient in English & Chinese
