What You'll Do:

• Arrange marketing materials, including posters, advertisements, catalogs, etc.

• Assist in the planning and implementation of online and offline marketing and communication initiatives, including branding, promotions, CRM, websites, digital marketing, public relations, and event management, to increase brand awareness.

• Develop and manage social media, public relations, advertising, and communication campaigns that align with the company’s marketing strategies.

• Analyze and prepare a report for website traffic, user behavior, engagement, and conversion for continuous improvement.

• Explore new marketing channels and recommend their suitability for our brand positioning and market segments.

• Assist in launching the product on time and with quality.

• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.

• Plan and implement outbound and inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development, advertising, event planning, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, KOL management, etc.).

What You Have:

• University degree holder, Advanced Diploma in Marketing, High Dip or equivalent.

• At least 1-2 years relevant experience in marketing or eCommerce; candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of marketing assistant.

• Proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator is a must. 

• Commercial awareness is paired with a creative mind.

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and with the ability to work independently.

• Good communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese.

• Can-do attitude, willingness to learn and listen, ability to work independently, and strong drive to get things done.

• Be up-to-date and passionate about different trends, best practices, and competitor learning.

• Immediate availability is preferred.
