Responsibilities:
- To update reservations records and compile statistics report
- To ensure the accuracy of the data and monitor the database of Opera system
- To co-ordinate with different internal and external parties for the incoming and outing reservations records
Requirements:
- Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or equivalent
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in hotel reservations
- Cheerful personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Immediate available is preferable
