Job Description
- Handle general office administrative affairs, which include suggestions of proposals to organizations and administrative issues, to liaise and cooperate with relevant departments.
- Assist in all-around office administration duties such as handling payment, office supplies, office repair and maintenance, etc.
- Assist in performing a full spectrum of HR duties including remuneration and recruitment.
- Help improve competence and competitiveness by organizing training programs.
- Help organize social, cultural and socially responsible activities, such as Christmas Party, Annual Dinner, and Charity, etc.
- Handle general clerical work, including data input, filing, etc.
- Handle ad hoc assignments from superior.
Requirement
- F.6 or higher or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Min 1 year relevant experience.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge in MS Office application, good in analytical work, especially good in Excel.
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- Attentive to details, Well organized and self-motivated.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
