Responsible for meet sales revenue according to target given;
Manage customer relationship, maintain online customer resources; Understand and investigate customer's needs;
Provide professional services to customer's inquiries;Collect potential customer's information;
Collect unsettled payment for online customers;
Maintain daily sales report;Data entry for customer's information and setup profile;
Provides Sales report to management

負責維持現有客戶續費和處理一般查詢和投訴服務;維護客戶關係,積極發展客戶群,與潛在客戶保持長期關係;以專業的方式提供客戶服務,建議和協助客戶選擇產品及銷售產品;後台資料輸入及存檔和銷售報告;協助處理主管日常運作;
