Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating promotional activities, events and interviews
2. Preparing press releases and publicity materials and attending press events
3. Evaluating campaign performance and data analytics
4. Liaising with frontend and backend departments to promote programs and campaigns
5. Website and social media platform content update and content writing
6. Organizing events, exhibitions and promotional activities
7. Ensuring marketing plans are executed according to the project timeline
8. Conducting competition research and market analysis to identify the target audience
9. Creating a project plan and managing the work breakdown structure (WBS) schedule to ensure that all tasks are completed on time
10. Managing the budget and making adjustments as needed to stay within limits
11. Working closely with management to monitor project progress and identify issues that may arise during the course of the project
12. Reviewing project documents such as scope statements, schedules, and budgets for accuracy
13. Communicating with management and team to provide updates on project status
14. Developing a detailed project plan based on client requirements and objectives
15. Other ad hoc duties/projects as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:  
1. Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Multi-media or related disciplines
2. At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing (preferably FMCG or brand management) or event management
3. Proficiency in social media tools
4. Good PC knowledge in MS office, Excel & Chinese word processing
5. Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
6. Possess good interpersonal skills and energetic personality
7. Self-motivated, confident and have commitment to success
8. Well-organized, detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility to work multitask in a fast-pace environment
9. A good team player, independent with initiatives, and be able to work under pressure
