RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle import nomination shipment
- Handle customers' enquiries, complaints, quotations, overseas agent correspondence and
offering solutions - Act as a main coordinator on daily operation with our clients and internal departments
- Follow up shipment orders with basic knowledge
- Ensure compliance with company's and customer's standard operating procedure
REQUIREMENT:
- F.6 or above
- At least 1-year experience in freight forwarding (Sea Freight) / logistics industry
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Customer oriented with good communication skills
- Good computer knowledge in MS Office
