Job Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support for the daily purchase operations of the Trading Department;
- Coordinate and ensure an efficient and timely ordering process;
- Liaise with suppliers to manage shipment schedules, shipping documents;
- Handle quotations, invoices, and payments processing;
- Perform any other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:
- DSE / Diploma or above in any discipline
- At least 2 years clerical experience, Experience in F&B or FMCG industry is preferred
- Proficiency in PC skill and Chinese word processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Japanese(preferred but not necessary)
- Positive attitude, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
- Immediate available is preferred

Package: 5 days work week, Public Holiday, 10 days Annual Leave.
