Accounts Executive (AP/AR)

  

Job Responsibilities

- Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operation independently (managing shops POS System closing) 

- Prepare daily book-keeping, accounting data entries, vouchers, journal preparation and cheque payments etc 

- Prepare month end closing and financial reports 

- Prepare cash flow, forecast and budget 

- Handle inter-company transaction and accounts reconciliation 

- Responsible for monthly payroll, tax computation, MPF, commission calculation and related matters including liaison with external parties and government authorities 

- Liaise for year-end audit, stock take 

- Any other ad-hoc task as assigned 

  

Requirements

- HKDES/Certificate/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines with LCCI 

- Relevant working experience in accounting field is highly preferable especially with experience in retail industry. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounting Clerk.  

- Proficient in MS Office applications 

- Fluent in Cantonese, good command of both written and spoken English and Chinse. Proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage 

- Detailed, well organized and able to work independently
