Requirements
- Proven academic ability through at least a master’s Degree in finance, business or economic from
a leading university, with top grades
- At least one-year full-time experience in offshore bond underwriting, preferrably for PRC local
government owned companies during which you have fully participated in at least 15 deal
completion
- Proven experience helping to launch a bond fund, including regulatory and legal set-up, fund
adminstration and continuing operation
- Holding SFC Type 1、4 and 9 license for at least one year
Duties:
- assisting and leading in offshore bond issuance projects for PRC local government owned
companies
- providing analystical support in indentifying and originating new bond financing projects
- assisting with application for Type 9 licence and setting up a speciialized bond fund focusing in
investing in offshore bonds issued by PRC state-owned companies.
