The Driver plays a crucial role in managing vehicle movement and organization within the car park to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional customer experience. This role involves working closely with sales, finance, and after-sales teams to maintain operational efficiency and support smooth vehicle inspections and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently move vehicles within the car park to facilitate customer browsing, inspections, and access for other vehicles.
- Prepare vehicles for inspection by ensuring they are positioned correctly and accessible to inspectors.
- Monitor car park traffic flow and collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, organized environment.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and after-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously review and improve the vehicle delivery process to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and office software.
- Possession of a valid 1, 2 Driving License.
