1. Independently responsible for the construction of automated test framework, based on JAVA+TestNG. ;
2. Led test automation through test stratification and promoted it to the test team. ;
3. Lead the team automation ability to continuously optimize the stability, effectiveness and efficiency of automation use cases;
4. Participate in/lead the development of test/performance tools, establish quality and performance baseline through platform capabilities, so as to improve the pain points of test quality/efficiency;
5. Participate in making test plans, designing test cases and performing tests, analyzing test results, troubleshooting problems, locating root causes, and following up defect repair;
6. Identify problems in the whole development cycle, promote optimization and solution in a timely manner, and increase and promote unsolved problems in a timely manner;
7. Carry out quality assurance work through different testing methods to ensure the availability of product application capabilities and fund security, including unlimited code review, automated testing, performance testing, etc.
Job requirements:
1. Computer related major, bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years working experience, large software project or Internet software research and development experience is preferred;
2. Good programming ability and data structure knowledge, master Java, familiar with TestNG framework, familiar with MySQL/SQL Server/Oracle and at least one database.
3. Familiar with common software testing methodologies (including unlimited functional testing, performance testing, interface testing, automated testing, etc.), and understand the industry dynamics of software testing.
4. Have a good team spirit, good learning ability, and goal driven ability.
5. Experience in financial payment or e-commerce platform industry is preferred.
