機埸範圍主要職責:
- 監控並確保智能泊車系統(APS)能正常運作。
- 識別APS故障或操作問題,作為主要聯絡人安排維修。
- 與系統供應商/維修團隊緊密合作並向主管匯報。
- 定期提交報告給管理層。
- 協助主管應對系統故障或緊急情況。
- 確保操作符合相關安全法規和標準。
職位要求:
- 中五(香港中學會考)或中六(香港中學文憑)或以上學歷
- 具備IT系統、電子維修及相關應用技能的知識
- 能操流利粵語及簡單英語及普通話
- 良好客戶服務和溝通技巧
- 具有機場營運經驗獲優先考慮
該職位需輪更工作(24小時制),每天工作9.5小時,1小時用膳時間。每週工作6天 (輪休) 。

Job Duties
- Monitor the day-to-day operations of the Automated Parking System (APS) to ensure proper functioning
- Address malfunctions or operational issues of the APS and serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance and emergency repairs
- Work closely with various parties e.g. system service provider/ other maintenance teams and meanwhile effectively report to the supervisor
- Prepare regular reports for management review
- Assist Supervisor to implement contingency plans for system failures or emergencies
- Ensure all operations comply with relevant safety regulations and standards
Job Requirements
- Form 5 education (HKCEE) or Form 6 (HKDSE) or above; or Form 3 education or above with minimum 1 year of experience in a capacity in operation system
- Fluent in Cantonese, conversant in simple English and Putonghua
- Possess technical knowledge in IT system, electrical maintenance and its' applications
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Experience in airport operations is preferred.
This position requires shift work (24-hour shift), work 6 days a week (shift holiday), total 9.5 working hours per day, including a 1-hour meal break.
