營運主管（智能泊車系統）Operation Supervisor (Automated Parking System) - Airport Area

工作職責

• 監控並確保智能泊車系統 APS ) 能正常運作
• 協助管理團隊下屬
• 洞悉APS故障或操作問題並作出相應安排
• 與系統供應商/維修團隊緊密合作，同時與管理人員有效溝通
• 監控維修和報告相關事宜; 應對系統故障或緊急情況
• 確保操作符合相關安全法規和標準

職位要求

• 大專或以上學歷，至少3年相關工作經驗，其中至少2年營運系統中擔任監督職務
• 良好指導技術，能操流利粵語，簡單英語和普通話
• 擁有IT系統、電子技術應用等方面知識
• 良好解決問題技巧、良好客戶服務和溝通技巧
• 具有機場營運經驗獲優先考慮

該職位需輪更工作(24小時制) ，每天工作9.5小時，包括1小時用膳時間。每週工作6天 (輪休) 。

Job Duties

• Reporting to the Team Manager
• Monitor the day-to-day operations of the Automated Parking System (APS) to ensure proper functioning
• Assist to supervise staff members in the team
• Address malfunctions or operational issues of the APS to make necessary arrangement
• Work closely with various parties e.g. system service provider/ other Maintenance Teams and meanwhile effectively communicate with managerial staff
• Monitor and report on maintenance schedules and related issues
• Implement contingency plans for system failures or emergencies
• Ensure all operations comply with relevant safety regulations and standards

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in which at least 2 years in a supervisory role in operation system
• Good supervisory technique with fluent in Cantonese, conversant in simple English and Putonghua
• Possess recognized qualifications in the IT system and technical knowledge in electrical maintenance and its' applications
• Good problem-solving technique, good customer service and communication skills
• Experience in airport operations is preferred.

This position requires shift work (24-hour shift); totaling 9.5 hours of work each day, including a 1-hour meal break, work 6 days a week (shift holiday).
