Product Development & Sourcing Manager

Duties:  

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from strategic sourcing and supplier negotiation to timely delivery on site. 
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, continuously evaluating performance on quality, cost, and reliability. 
• Champion our commitment to quality by coordinating rigorous material testing and validation. 
• Develop and manage a strategic vendor database to ensure a resilient and cost-effective supply chain. 
• Support our business development by preparing accurate cost estimates, tenders, and proposals for new contracts. 
• Create and monitor project cost plans to ensure we deliver on budget. 
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching innovative and eco-friendly building materials. 

  

Requirement  

• Degree in business, purchasing or a related field. 
• 5+ years in sourcing and purchasing building materials for construction or engineering projects. 
• Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly building products will be preferred 
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
• Familiar with suppliers in China and other international markets will be an advantage.
