Job Description 

1. Job Title: Marketing Executive 

2. Location: Hong Kong SAR / GBA 

Occasional business travel to Zhuhai (Hengqin) and other Greater Bay Area cities required 

3. Job Summary 

Serensia Woods is an internationally acclaimed luxury wellness and longevity project founded by Hong Kong entrepreneurs, pioneering the future of integrated health management in the Greater Bay Area. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our founding Hong Kong team. 

This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a groundbreaking industry—blending wellness, longevity, and luxury lifestyle—while playing an instrumental role in expanding our presence in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will be proactive in client acquisition, passionate about wellness innovation, and skilled in building meaningful relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). 

You will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and actively engaging with the community to promote our exclusive wellness membership programs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is eager to grow with a forward-thinking brand. 

4. Key Responsibilities 

Marketing & Campaign Execution  

  • Assist in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, events, print) 
  • Create compelling marketing collateral and presentations 
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance 

Business Development & Field Sales  

  • Proactively identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking events, and referrals 
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of HNWI leads in Hong Kong 
  • Conduct sales consultations and presentations to convert prospects into members 
  • Represent Serensia Woods at industry events, exhibitions, and wellness fairs Client Relationship & Membership Growth  
  • Nurture long-term relationships with members and prospects 
  • Organize and host member-exclusive events, seminars, and wellness experiences 
  • Use CRM tools to track engagement and follow up systematically 

Market Insight & Outreach Planning  

  • Research market trends and competitor strategies 
  • Identify high-potential areas and audiences for targeted outreach 

5. Required Qualifications 

Education  

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing—preferably in wellness, hospitality, luxury retail, real estate, or membership services 
  • A strong track record in field sales and client acquisition—candidates without a degree but with substantial relevant experience are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a strong advantage 
  • Self-motivated, outgoing, and confident in face-to-face client interactions 
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Hong Kong and occasionally to Zhuhai 

Note: Fresh graduates with exceptional academic records, strong communication skills and demonstrated internship experience will also be considered. 

6. Preferred Attributes  

  • Experience in lead generation and field marketing 
  • Knowledge of or passion for health, wellness, and longevity trends 
  • Existing network or experience engaging with HNWI audiences 
  • Familiarity with the Greater Bay Area business environment
