Restaurant Manager 餐廳經理
Responsibilities 工作職責:
- Fully responsible for the restaurant’s daily operations, including managing business activities, cost control, and budgeting 全面負責餐廳日常運作,包括管理營運、成本控制及開支預算
- Assist in implementing company policies and executing marketing plans to increase revenue 協助執行公司政策及推行營銷計劃,以提升營業額
- Support in managing and training restaurant staff 協助管理及培訓餐廳員工
- Supervise the frontline team to ensure high-quality customer service 督導前線團隊,確保提供優質顧客服務
- Ensure workplace safety and provide support for frontline operations 確保工作環境安全,並支援前線工作
Requirements 職位要求:
- Prior experience in Beijing, Sichuan, or Shanghai cuisine restaurants, or hotel industry preferred 具備京、川、滬菜或酒店相關工作經驗者優先考慮
- Strong service-oriented mindset with strict adherence to company service procedures 擁有良好的服務態度,能嚴格遵守公司制定的服務流程
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit 具備優秀的溝通技巧與團隊合作精神
- Proven experience in staff training and leadership 具備管理與培訓經驗,能有效帶領團隊
Addidtional Requirements:
- Secondary level 中學程度;
- 5 Year(s) Experience Required 5年或以上相關工作經驗;
- Able to speak, read & write simple Chines and English; 具備中英文聽說讀寫的全面能力;
- Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative, with proven management and leadership experience. 有責任心,具備良好的工作條理性,積極主動,善於團隊合作,並擁有豐富的管理與領導經驗。
Working Hours 工作時間:
6 days work per week and 10 hours per day, Shift duty is required, 每星期工作6天,每天工作10小時,輪班,輪休
