JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Motorcycle B2B Sales Manager to promote premium electric motorcycles to corporate clients and fleet operators in Hong Kong. This role focuses on expanding our presence in the electric motorcycle market by building business relationships, driving growth, and supporting clients transitioning to sustainable mobility solutions.
WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Hong Kong Time)
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Hong Kong Time)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and manage relationships with corporate, fleet, and government clients interested in electric motorcycles.
Develop and execute targeted B2B sales strategies for the electric motorcycle market.
Deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial offers to potential clients.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and drive deals through the sales cycle.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities.
Represent the company at meetings, events, and negotiations.
Report on sales forecasts, pipeline status, and client feedback to senior management.
Ensure professionalism and accuracy in all communications and documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive or electric vehicle sector.
Strong skills in managing corporate and government accounts with long sales cycles.
Proficient in English and Cantonese (both written and spoken).
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
Familiarity with electric motorcycles is a plus.
A valid motorcycle license is advantageous but not required.

主要職責
• 開發及管理與企業客戶、車隊營運商及政府機構的業務關係
• 制定並執行針對電動電單車市場的 B2B 銷售策略
• 為潛在客戶準備及進行商業簡報、建議書及報價方案
• 維持穩定的銷售管道,推動交易進展至完成
• 與內部團隊緊密協作,以滿足客戶需求
• 監察市場趨勢及相關法規變化,尋找新商機
• 代表公司參與會議、展覽及商業洽談
• 定期向管理層匯報銷售預測、客戶開發進度及市場反饋
• 確保所有商業溝通及文件具專業水準及準確性
任職要求及技能
• 具備 B2B 銷售經驗;具汽車或電動車行業經驗者優先
• 具處理企業及政府客戶長期銷售流程的經驗
• 良好中英文書寫及會話能力(粵語及英語)
• 具成果導向、積極主動,能在壓力下工作
• 熟悉電動電單車市場者更佳
• 持有有效電單車駕駛執照者優先(非必要)
