Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage various projects and project development;
- Participate in developing policies and plans to maximize operational efficiency;
- Ensure the implementation of organizational policies to meet the targeted goals ;
- Liaise with the cross-department management teams to ensure departments’ work are running smoothly, safely and efficiently, and meet the applicable laws and regulations
- Offer support to different teams in achieving the Company’s business goals
- Liaise with various departments to optimize project workflow and make proper adjustment during the project period to cope with the progress;
- Implement and execute strategic plans to ensure the smooth development of various projects;
- Monitor and optimize the works being carried out according to the contract terms and enforce the company policies.
Job Requirement:
- Master Degree holder, degree holding in engineering, electrical automation or business administration is preferred;
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in project management;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Well organized and be able to work under pressure
- Strong business acumen, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Experience in exploring Mainland China markets;
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, with fluency in Mandarin.
