Program Manager

 Duties:  

• Develop, execute, and continuously refine the strategic direction for our immigration services in the Singapore and Europe regions, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Monitor market dynamics, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate risks. 
• Establish and track performance targets, KPIs, and budgets, ensuring all initiatives support the company’s growth and operational excellence. 
• Oversee end-to-end client case management, guaranteeing accuracy, timeliness, and compliance throughout each stage of the process. 
• Collaborate with legal advisors, partners, and government agencies across Europe and Singapore to maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and ensure full compliance. 
• Collaborate with the business development team to support client acquisition, including participation in consultations and pitches. 
• Provide high-level consultation to clients, offering expert insights into Singapore and Europe’s immigration landscape and pathways. 
• Act as a bridge between our company and our target markets, ensuring cultural and contextual alignment. 

  

Requirements:  

• Diploma or above in Business or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous. 
• 3-5 years of experience in immigration, legal services, relocation or a related field, with a strong focus on Europe/Singapore immigration pathways. 
• Proven track record of managing complex client portfolios and cross-border operations. 
• Previous work or study experience in Europe/Singapore is preferred. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
