Assistant Project & Procurement Officer 助理項目及採購主任

 Responsibilities / 職責  

• Execute efficient procurement with standard operation procedure
  按照標準操作程序執行高效採購 
• Prepare and follow up purchase order and quotations
  準備及跟進採購訂單及報價 
• Monitor stock inventory and maintain an updated purchasing
  database, cost sheet and filing system
  監控庫存並維持最新的採購資料庫、成本表及檔案系統 
• Handle purchasing enquiries, incoming/outgoing correspondence
  from factories, suppliers and internal parties
  處理採購查詢、工廠、供應商及內部部門的來往文件 
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal parties for order follow
  up and delivery schedule
  與供應商及內部部門協調訂單跟進及交貨時間表 
• Support warehouse management
  支援倉庫管理 
• Support department head for Project management from time to
  time
  不時協助部門主管進行項目管理 
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by manager
  處理由經理分派的臨時工作 

Requirements / 入職要求  

• Diploma or above in Purchasing Management or a related
  discipline
  持有採購管理或相關學科之文憑或以上學歷 
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience; background in the food
  and beverage industry is an advantage
  最少兩年相關工作經驗；具食品及飲料行業背景者優先 
• Strong written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  良好中英文書寫及口語能力（英語、廣東話及普通話） 
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word
  processing
  熟悉 MS Office 應用程式及中文文書處理 
• Collaborative team player with good communication and problem
  solving abilities
  具團隊合作精神，良好溝通及解決問題能力 
• Able to working independently and attention to detail
  能獨立工作，細心謹慎 
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
  可即時上班者優先考慮
