業務代表/銷售代表(5天工作)

‌外出地點‌：各個區域的二手手機門店

工作內容‌:

1、在香港本地尋找手機資源‌，包括店鋪、檔口、手機中轉站等，推廣公司業務，與客戶談判溝通達成合作。
2、負責香港各大區域內二手手機門店、回收商、批發市場的陌生拜訪‌。
3、收集客戶需求‌，反饋給公司，幫助客戶解決疑難雜症。
4、‌維護老客戶，尋找新客戶‌，定期登門拜訪。
5、‌後期需對數據核對事項進行跟蹤‌，確保及時給客戶打款。
6、‌定期收集行業信息‌，有效完成公司制定的各項任務目標。
7、‌管理團隊‌，為團隊培養儲備人才。

‌任職要求‌

1、‌香港本地人‌，熟悉香港，了解香港，居住在香港。
2、‌具備良好的溝通與協調能力‌，細緻耐心，有較強的責任心和團隊合作意識。
3、‌有較強的學習能力和適應能力‌，能適應多任務並行和快節奏工作環境。
4、‌‌從事過移動電子設備維修、二手電子產品買手、二手電子產品回收、手機技術人員及進出口貿易相關經驗者優先‌。
5、‌抗壓能力‌：適應高強度工作，能接受短期出差或高頻客戶拜訪。

Job Description

1．‌Locate mobile phone resources locally in Hong Kong‌, including shops, market stalls, mobile phone transit stations, etc. Promote company services, negotiate and communicate with clients to secure partnerships.

2．‌Conduct cold visits‌ to second-hand mobile phone stores, recycling merchants, and wholesale markets across major districts in Hong Kong.

3．‌Collect client needs‌, provide feedback to the company, and assist clients in resolving technical issues.

4．‌Maintain existing clients and develop new clients‌, including regular on-site visits.

5．‌Track data verification tasks‌ to ensure timely payments to clients.

6．‌Regularly gather industry intelligence‌ and effectively achieve company-defined targets.

7．‌Manage teams‌ and cultivate talent reserves.

Job Requirements

8．‌Hong Kong local resident‌ with thorough familiarity of Hong Kong; must currently reside in Hong Kong.

9．‌Strong communication and coordination skills‌, meticulous, patient, responsible, and team-oriented.

10．‌High learning ability and adaptability‌; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

11．‌Experience in mobile electronic device repair / second-hand electronics buyer/ second-hand electronics recycling /mobile phone technician /import & export trade is a plus‌.

12．‌Resilience under pressure‌: Adaptable to high-intensity work, willing to accept short-term business trips or frequent client visits.
