Title: : Receptionist/Security Officer (Office)
Working hours: 0900-1800 hours (Mon-Fri only, No Sat, Sun and PH)
Location: HK Island
Offer: $24,000/Month (with discretional Year-end bonus)
Requirement
- Responsible and good self-discipline character
- Possess of around 2 years of security experience
- Well communication and customer services skill
- Must able to communicate in Cantonese and English. Mandarin communication would be a bonus
- Basic PC skill including with Email, Microsoft Word and Excel usage
- Process of valid First Aid and AED certificate
- Possess of administration experience will be ideally
Job Scope
- Meet and greet with visitor
- Maintain Security awareness at all time while on duty
- Access control to identify and stop any unauthorized person for access
- Regular check on the first Aid, Fire and security/Safety equipment and escalate its defect/expiry for maintenance and/or replacement
- Maintain a proper key control record
- Conduct office patrol when required to identify and report any potential risk/facilities defect
- Any other task direct from direct Manager
