Part-Time Marketing Executive (3 Months)

Key Responsibilities :

•⁠ ⁠Campaign Development and Management: Assist in the creation, planning, execution, and monitoring of clients' marketing campaigns from start to finish.

•⁠ ⁠Market Research and Trend Monitoring: Conduct research to uncover trends and opportunities while staying updated on industry best practices to keep the agency competitive.

•⁠ ⁠Client Engagement and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively, while collaborating with various teams to align marketing initiatives.

•⁠ ⁠Marketing Material Support and Content Development: Aid in producing marketing collateral, including brochures, social media posts, and newsletters, while creating engaging content for various platforms.

•⁠ ⁠Event Support and Coordination: Participate in the planning and execution of events, providing on-site support to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients and attendees.

•⁠ ⁠Performance Analysis: Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness using analytical tools, providing insights for improvement and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications :

•⁠ ⁠Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools) and graphic design applications (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

•⁠ ⁠Project Management and Collaboration: Proficiency in Microsoft tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.

•⁠ ⁠Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities.

•⁠ ⁠Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English, with Cantonese and Mandarin as a plus.

•⁠ ⁠Educational and Professional Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience.
