主要工作

・透過電話、訊息及會議與客戶保持聯繫，維繫良好關係

・細心聆聽客戶需要、解答問題，並提供清晰及適時的進度更新

・每月約 2–4 次在香港出席客戶面對面會議

・了解客戶的顧慮，並與技術團隊跟進回覆

・跟進已承諾的事項，確保客戶要求獲得回應

我們希望你具備

・親切、專業的溝通方式

・良好的聆聽能力、同理心及判斷力

・必須具備母語程度的廣東話；英語能應付日常對話即可；懂普通話更佳

・毋須具備技術或 AI 經驗；有客戶服務／客戶關係經驗者優先

Ready to return to work? Wistkey Technologies Limited, a Hong Kong company specialising in private, on-premises AI and digital solutions, is looking for a friendly, dependable colleague to look after client relationships through calls, messages and occasional face-to-face meetings. Our team handles the AI and admin work – no AI experience needed. We warmly welcome mums returning after a career break; a gap in your CV is no barrier.

What you will do: keep in regular contact with clients; listen carefully and give clear updates; attend 2–4 client meetings in Hong Kong monthly; coordinate with our technical team and follow up on commitments.

What we are looking for: warm, professional communication; good listening and judgement; native-level spoken Cantonese (conversational English is enough; Mandarin a plus). Client service experience is an advantage.
