Executive Assistant II in the Community College
Monthly Salary Range: HK$11,355 - HK$22,540
Duties: The appointee will provide support on matters relating to student records and registration of the College, which include student orientation, programme selection and courses add/drop/swap exercises, student applications for programme transfer, deferment/resumption/withdrawal of study, student fees payment, etc. He/She will also provide support to various College services and events such as admission and orientation, timetabling, examinations, counter services, student/public enquiries, maintenance of database, general administration and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements: Candidate should possess a Higher Diploma or an Associate Degree with 1 to 2 years’ experience preferably in administration in the higher education or continuing education sector, a Bachelor’s degree holder will be an advantage. He/She should be good in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.
Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract. Medical and dental benefits, annual leave and the use of sports and library facilities will be provided where applicable. The School also provides staff development opportunities.
