Senior Programme Director II / College Principal Lecturer or Programme Director

Monthly Salary Range: HK$58,530 - HK$90,755 (Grade of Senior Programme Director)HK$51,015 - HK$74,190 (Grade of Programme Director)

Duties: The appointee will play a leading role in programme management, development and teaching of executive development programmes and corporate training in the Mainland. The scope of duties includes programme design and development, course promotion and marketing, course teaching and delivery at postgraduate level, day-to-day programme administration, and liaison with students, teachers and professional bodies. The appointee will be based in Hong Kong and required to travel to the Mainland from time to time.

Requirements: Candidates should at least possess a Master degree with 15 years relevant experience in the areas relating to innovative product development, creative service design, and entrepreneurship and innovation management, or relevant experience in the latest emerging technologies, digital transformation and business strategy, preferably with good knowledge about Industry 4.0, Made in China 2025 and/or smart manufacturing. Strong leadership and supervisory skills and capability to manage resources effectively, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) are required. Teaching experience in Mandarin at postgraduate level or corporate training, and working experience in the Mainland will be a definite advantage.Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Programme Director.

Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract.
