  • Job responsibilities:
    • Provide clerical and administrative support to the sales team
    • Prepare proposals, layouts draft, and various documents for the clients
    • Prepare various sales reports for management review
    • Handle enquiries from both internal or external customers
    • Handle other ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time

Job requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above in any disciplines
  • with minimum 1-2 years of work experience
  • Basic knowledge of AI or PS software is a must
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Well organized team player with positive thinking
  • Customer oriented, detail-minded and able work under pressure
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Office Location: Yuen Long (near west rail station)
