Laser Therapist 激光治療師

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years working experience in selling and carry out laser treatment in medical beauty salons and aesthetic clinics
• Possess International Laser Certificate (e.g. ITEC, CITAC, CIDESCO)
• Duties include:
• Appointments scheduling
• Selling and carry out treatment
• Clients check-in and out
• Equipment and facility management
• Stock and dispensary management
• Assist in marketing and sales promotion
• Assist in elevating the quality of client servicing * Proficient in B2B or other clinic management software is an advantage
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal skill, positive, proactive and able to work under pressure
• 49.5 hours work per week

工作範圍及職位要求:

• 需具兩年或以上銷售美容產品及提供光學療程的相關工作經驗
• 需持有光學美容證書，如ITEC, CITAC, CIDESCO
• 職責包括:
• 編排預約療程及協助銷售公司療程及產品
• 提供專業的光學療程
• 客戶登記、接待及結帳
• 設備及設施管理
• 藥房及庫存管理
• 協助推行市場推廣活動
• 協助推行各項提升顧客服務質素計劃 * 懂運用B2B或其他診所管理軟件者將優先考慮
• 能操流利廣東話、懂普通話及英語
• 具良好人際溝通技巧、有責任心及積極主動
• 每週工作約49.5小時
