Responsibilities
- Handle the internal human resources administration duties, such as final payments, employee compensations, sick leave calculation, etc. for the entire group
- Assist the monthly payrolls report and P&L forecasting
- Assist to do job advertisement posting and interview arrangement for candidates
- Coordinate with the external headhunting firms for candidate interview arrangement
- Ad hoc admin duties
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in any discipline
- Good writting and speaking in English
- 2+ yrs related HR experience in the C&B part
- Familiar with the final payment, employee compensation, sick leave calculation and 713 ordinance
- Willing to multitask and handle different types of the ad hoc duties
