Job Responsibilities:
- Perform policy issuance and administrations works for General Insurance products for all channels
- Perform renewal actions throughout the renewal cycle of the business
- Meet the Services Level Agreement agreed with distributions
- Maintain the quality service delivered to all channels and ensure align with customers’ expectations
- Monitor and control the backlog volume
- Perform ad hoc duties within the team as required
Job Requirements:
- Form 6 or above with minimum 1 years relevant working experience
- Fair knowledge of General Insurance business
- Customer Centric with high standard of accuracy
- Good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Software
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered
