Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform policy issuance and administrations works for General Insurance products for all channels 
  • Perform renewal actions throughout the renewal cycle of the business 
  • Meet the Services Level Agreement agreed with distributions 
  • Maintain the quality service delivered to all channels and ensure align with customers’ expectations 
  • Monitor and control the backlog volume 
  • Perform ad hoc duties within the team as required 


Job Requirements:

  • Form 6 or above with minimum 1 years relevant working experience 
  • Fair knowledge of General Insurance business 
  • Customer Centric with high standard of accuracy 
  • Good interpersonal skills 
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure 
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Software
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered
