Our client, a Chinese state-owned financial and insurance group whose management headquarters is located in Hong Kong (specializing in Life Insurance business) is now seeking high caliber candidates to join the team.

Post：Senior Officer, Human Resources (Recruitment)
Requirements：
1. Degree holder in Human Resources Management or any other related disciplines
2. Minimum of 4 years’ recruitment experience, preferably in insurance company
3. Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations
4. Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
5. Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and word processing
(Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Officer)
Job duties：
1. Handle the entire recruitment process from sourcing of candidates to preparing remuneration proposal
2. Assist in organizing staff training sessions, workshops and activities
3. Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned
Salary：$25000 - 28000/month
Benefits：AL 10 - 15 days, Discretionary Bonus, Medical, Dental
