- 負責公司前臺電話接聽及轉接,收發傳真、信件及快遞;
- 負責辦公室物品訂購、日常聯絡,處理辦公室雜務;
- 外勤工作,如外出到銀行、公司註冊處、郵局遞交相關文件;
- 協助辦公室主任所交辦的工作。
資歷:
- 專上教育;
- 1至2年經驗;
- 勤奮,盡責任;
- 良好英語、粵語和普通話,良好中英文讀寫;
- 懂Microsoft Office,具備基本電腦操作知識;
- 歡迎應屆畢業生。
待遇:薪酬面議,星期一至五;上午9點到下午6點,每天工作8小時,年終雙糧,帶薪假期及病假。

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Handles incoming calls and call forwarding;
- Receives and distributes officialfaxes, letters and couriers;
- Responsible for the procurement of office daily supplies, daily contact and office routine work;
- Outwork such as submitting documents in banks, company registry office and post-offices needed;
- Assists managers with any other daily affairs and operation issues.
Requirements:
- Tertiary and above;
- 1-2 years experience;
- Hard working and responsible;
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Able to use Microsoft Office and possesses basic computer knowledge;
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
Salary: Negotiable, double pay at the year end, annual leave and sick leave
Office time: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (8 hours/day)
