IT Support Officer(Blockchain)

 Responsibility:   

• Support kiosk rollout and on-site/off-site installation. 
• Manage logistic and courier supplier upon kiosk shipment 
• Assist in technical hardware/software operations support such as installation, maintenance and kiosk testing. Travel to other countries may be required. 
• Assist in performing and maintaining daily IT office operations including but not limited to network and hardware support and system documentation update 
• Provide professional IT ad-hoc duties as required. 

Requirement:   

• Min 1 Year working experience in IT support. F.5 standard and Fresh Graduate are welcome. 
• Experience in Office 365 and Windows Environment 
• Good command of English and Cantonese, proficiency in Mandarin is preferred. 
• Good Analytical and problem solving skills 
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as IT Support Engineer. 
• Experiences in desktop/system support, including Windows and Linux 
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure 
• Willing to Travel on necessity basis.
