Responsibility:
- Support kiosk rollout and on-site/off-site installation.
- Manage logistic and courier supplier upon kiosk shipment
- Assist in technical hardware/software operations support such as installation, maintenance and kiosk testing. Travel to other countries may be required.
- Assist in performing and maintaining daily IT office operations including but not limited to network and hardware support and system documentation update
- Provide professional IT ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirement:
- Min 1 Year working experience in IT support. F.5 standard and Fresh Graduate are welcome.
- Experience in Office 365 and Windows Environment
- Good command of English and Cantonese, proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
- Good Analytical and problem solving skills
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as IT Support Engineer.
- Experiences in desktop/system support, including Windows and Linux
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
- Willing to Travel on necessity basis.
