Our client is looking for a potential Member Services Executive at Call Center.我們的客戶正在尋求有潛質的客戶服務助理 - 電話熱線中心。
Job Responsibilities/工作內容:
- Handle customer enquiries 協助客人解決問題
- Provide quality service to our clients including fare quotations and reserving flights through telephone 為客人提供服務包括機票報價及機票預訂
- Record the calls’ record promptly and accurately 快速及準確地記錄有關資料
- Handle customers' complaints in a professional manner 跟進客戶的查詢及投訴
Job Requirements/工作要求:
- Secondary school graduate with pass in English 中學程度畢業,英文達合格的水平
- 1 year working experience in customer Service industry is an advantage 1年或以上客戶服務相關的工作經驗優先
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin 操流利廣東話,能操英語及普通話
- Good interpersonal and listening skills 具有良好溝通及聆聽技巧
Salary/薪金:
- $15,500 – $28,000
