CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Handle customer's order/shipments and logistics as well as follow up on deliveries from vendors, order placement and any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Ø Degree / diploma or equivalent qualification
Ø Min two years relevant working experience
Ø Fluency in spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
Ø Efficiency in usage of Microsoft, including Words & Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Ø Experience with Multiable System is an advantage but not essential
Ø Mature, independent, initiative, hardworking and strong sense of responsibility
5 Days work + MPF + Medical + Life Insurance + 13 month Pay + Annual Discretionary Bonus
