Receptionist (Full-time / Part-time)

NRG Taekwondo Korea Limited is a taekwondo school operating in Hung Hom & Ma On Shan. We specialize in training and teaching taekwondo to children from age of 3 to adults. Our child classes have been structured by our Principal master and adult classes are tailored to the individual.
Job Description and responsibilities:
- Handle general office administration work
- Assist the coach in daily operations, greeting visitors, student registration, class scheduling, attendance recording
- Respond to daily inquiries by the use of whatsapp, phone, email.
- Tuition, payment & account settlement
- Marketing and Promotion in school’s event
- Data entry, update and file documents
Job Requirements:
- DSE, Diploma or above
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Communicate effectively in English, Cantonese & Putonghua
- Microsoft word, excel & powerpoint as well as English and Chinese typing
- Responsibilities, Enthusiastic, motivated and able to bring in new ideas
- Commit to work on Saturday
- Enjoy interacting with young children
