Purchase & Warehouse Officer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing and purchasing activities for sales and service team.
• Liaise with suppliers for pricing, lead times and delivery schedules.
• Responsible for handling purchase orders, inventory control and reporting to relevant teams.
• Carry out purchasing, shipping and goods receiving procedures in stocking system.
• Monitor inventory and re-order accordingly to ensure proper stock levels.
• Provide monthly reports of inventory, clerical and administrative support to the department.
• To coordinate with logistics manager to ensure the efficient operation of incoming purchase orders, sales orders and warehouse management. 
• Perform ad hoc assignment as and when required.

 

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or above in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in relevant role / industry.
• Experience in electronics / electrical goods is a bonus.
• Proficiency in MS applications (experience with inFlow is a plus).
• Hardworking, well-organised logical thinker with a proactive personality.
• Immediate available is preferred.

5-day Work Week

15 Days Annual Leave
