Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets

• Establish and develop effective business relationship with assigned customers

• Develop and implement customer business plans and conduct regular reviews

• Manage and monitor sales forecasts

• Explore new sales channels and business opportunities

• Conduct tracking of competitor activities to improve market intelligence with corresponding proactive actions  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in key account management, business development or trade Marketing from FMCG industry with good knowledge in multi-channel retail structure

• Data sensitive and strong analytical skills

• Strong customer development and negotiation skills

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Proficient PC skills
