Job responsibilities
- Bedside care of endoscopy and day surgery patients
- Assisting doctors in endoscopy and day surgery procedures
- Work closely with doctors from many specialties, including gastroenterology & hepatology, anaesthetics, plastic surgery, general surgery, gynaecology, orthopaedics, urology, ophthalmology and more.
- Patient registration and check-in
- General front desk duties including answering phones, responding to price enquiries, serving as a first point of contact for the business
- Making bookings for surgeries and endoscopies
- Assist in general admin duties
- Assist in inventory management and stock purchasing
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- Experience in a clinical setting would be an advantage
- Good command of Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good command of English would be an advantage
- Computer literacy
Remuneration, benefits and working hours
- Above or below $20,000 depending on experience (length and relevance)
- 44-hour rostered work week, 5.5 days
