Responsibilities:
- Handle daily counter transactions at the branches and customers’ enquiries
- Maintain long-term and positive relationship with customers to gain referral opportunities
- Cross-sell retail banking products and make referrals to relevant staff
- Identify prospective customers in order to sell integrated financial services and other general banking products, such as account opening, mortgages and insurance
- Handle customer enquiries and provide quality services to customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline OR HKCEE/HKDSE or above, with 5 subjects, including Chinese, English and Mathematics, at Level 2/Attained/Grade E or above
- Fresh university graduates is welcomed
- Relevant experience in the banking industry is an advantage
- Strong desire to develop their career path in banking industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
