  • Handle daily counter transactions at the branches and customers’ enquiries 
  • Maintain long-term and positive relationship with customers to gain referral opportunities 
  • Cross-sell retail banking products and make referrals to relevant staff 
  • Identify prospective customers in order to sell integrated financial services and other general banking products, such as account opening, mortgages and insurance  
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide quality services to customers  



  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline OR HKCEE/HKDSE or above, with 5 subjects, including Chinese, English and Mathematics, at Level 2/Attained/Grade E or above 
  • Fresh university graduates is welcomed 
  • Relevant experience in the banking industry is an advantage 
  • Strong desire to develop their career path in banking industry 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills  
  • Proactive, Self-motivated and eager to learn 
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage 



  • 5-day working
