職責 :
- 處理日常銀行櫃檯服務
- 轉介及交叉銷售有需要的客戶至銷售部
- 提供優質客戶服務
要求 :
- 無經驗者不拘 歡迎fresh grad及有興趣投身銀行之人士
- 誠實, 對工作熱誠，有責任感
- 中學、具一年或以上有關工作經驗優先考慮(有客戶服務及銀行經驗更佳)
- 流利粵語、有良好溝通及表達能力
- 基本電腦知識 (包括中文輸入法，MS Word和MS Excel)
